Payment is required in full in reserve the studio space. Any change or cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled reservation time will be refunded at 50%.
- Clients pay for the time that the studio is reserved, not the amount of time that clients use the studio. Overtime will be billed at the same hourly rate. Clients' studio time starts at the scheduled reservation time, not at the time the client arrives. Time spent in the studio is studio rental time, whether that is time that the model is getting makeup, the gear is being set up, etc.
- Clients renting the studio should respect the studio, equipment, etc. Clients are responsible for any broken or damaged equipment that is a result of the client's actions and will be invoiced for the market value of that item or the price to repair it.
- Group size should be limited to 15 or less. If your production requires more people to be there, then permission must be requested when booking.
- The Space WPB is not responsible for items left behind in the studio by clients. We will put lost items in the lost and found box. We will contact the client if we know that an item belongs to that client.
- Large items and props are allowed to be brought into the studio, but they must be removed the same day of the reservation.
- Smoking and Vaping is not permitted in the studio. - Any use of glitter must be approved beforehand and will require a $100 clean up fee.
- The Space WPB provides photography/video lighting equipment in addition to the studio rental. There will be somebody from The Space WPB at the studio during your rental at all times. That person will ensure that the client knows where equipment is; however, that person should not be considered a free assistant for the client's production. If lighting gear is being used, it is expected that the renter have a basic understanding of lighting. It is not The Space WPB’s responsibility to teach the renter about lighting setups or settings they need to get the images they want.
